The EW-7489OAX is the 11AX Outdoor Access Point for enterprise, school and hospitality applications.  Featuring the Qualcomm IPQ5018 Maple chipset, it is capable to deliver 3000Mbps of throughput in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz spectrum.  Equipped with 2.5 Gigabit 802.3at PoE port, it ensure fast and reliable transmission.
 

Modular Design

The EW-7489OAX is a family of QCA based Maple indoor/outdoor AP solutions.  By leveraging the common coreboard, it is possible to save the certification cost.  In addition, the available M.2 slot allows the AP to upgrade to WiFi-6E when the need comes.

IP67 housing with 4 Antennas

The EW-7489OAX comes with heavy duty die-cast housing with 4 single band N-Type antennas for maximum performance and flexibility.  You can change the antennas from the included di-pole to patch/sector antennas for maximum performance.

Large Memory Size

The EW-7489OAX features 512MB of NAND Flash and 1GB of DDR3 RAM.  It is twice as large as APs in its class.  This allows more firmware features to be available for development.  It offers utmost flexibility as a software development platform.
 

Full Feature Enterprise Software

The EW-7489OAX is customized with complete enterprise firmware.  Starting from wireless functions such as OFDMA, target wake time, roaming, auto power, airtime faireness, multiple SSID&VLAN; to authentication based function such as radius server, captive portal, social media login, client isolation, rogue AP detection.  In addition, diagnostic function such as site survey, packet capture and Syslog are also available.  The full fledged firmware features cover all enterprise applications.
